VERTICAL HONING

Equipped with 2 vertical stroke machines, we can:

• Handle vertical strokes up to 36 inches.

• Work with diameters up to 10 inches, delivering exceptional results for high-precision applications.

FLAT LAPPING

Our flat lapping services ensure unmatched accuracy:

• Achieve 1 light band flatness and hold .0001 parallel.

• Work with diameters ranging from .100 to 14 inches.

GAGES

We utilize Sunnen Precision Hole Gages and Dial Bore Gages for accurate measurement:

• .370 - .740 range for precision hole gages.

• .495 - .750 range for dial bore gages.

• Equipped with a Sunnen Gage Setting Fixture for exact calibration.

CENTERLESS GRINDING

Our centerless grinding capabilities provide precise and consistent results:

• Grind parts with diameters from .050 to 2.500.

• Accommodate lengths of up to 3 feet, ensuring efficiency for various cylindrical components.

GUNDRILLING

Specializing in deep hole drilling, we can:

• Drill diameters ranging from .125 to .750 inches.

• Reach depths of up to 25 inches, meeting the needs of aerospace, medical, and manufacturing applications.
